Competition rules:

• One entry per mailing address.
• Each correct entry will be placed in a random drawing for the winning equipment.
  Entry forms must be received by July 31, 2009. Winner will be announced August 10, 2009. Submit this entry form by filling it out and clicking the submit button.
• Each correct entry will receive a rebate certificate of US$75 good for a single purchase of one AEA product listed at $600 or more. The certificate will be mailed upon receipt of the correct entry form. Purchase must be made between May 26, 2009 and August 31, 2009. An ORIGINAL sales receipt from an authorized AEA dealer with serial numbers, must accompany the ORIGINAL rebate certificate. Mail receipt and rebate certificate to:

  All receipts must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2009. Allow ten weeks for receipt of funds. (US residents will receive a check; foreign residents will receive a credit card voucher valued at US$75) Original equipment receipts will be returned with voucher or check to buyer.
